Hello, i’m brittany ramos!
I created Beyond Fit after years of working with individuals while I was in college & continued on while coaching collegiate volleyball.
Beyond Fit was officially created in 2018 & has grown to helping 100’s of individuals, transform their lives!
One of my greatest joys in what I do is watching my clients find success by following my flexible nutrition plans. These everyday simple “shifts” allow each of my clients to be in control & make sustainable changes to their habits.
I proud to be…
Precision Nutrition level 1 certified.
ACE personal training certified.
Pre/postnatal training certified.
IPE (International Physique Elite) professional athlete.
NGA (National Gym Association) professional athlete.
Lets dive a little deeper
Over the years..
In 2018 I started one of my most challenging, yet rewarding roles: being a mom! I went from solely focusing on myself & my bodybuilding career to learning the ins-and-outs of training safely during pregnancy as well as postpartum. This has allowed me to bring more practical knowledge to my clients as I support them on their pre/post natal journeys.
I am now a mom to two incredible (and busy!) boys that continue to show me just how strong & resilient I am! During the last 5 years I have been committed to gaining certifications & knowledge on nutritional habits, hormone testing, detox pathways, functional health practices & more.
I am excited to offer a wide range of services to my current & future clients no matter their age or fitness level. I am forever learning, growing, & furthering my knowledge of the ever changing fitness industry one day at a time, because I am committed to bringing the very best to my clients!

My Approach to sustainable weightloss
Making fitness a part of my clients life & not their entire life is key to long term success.
My job is to help each client change habits; to work on both their physical and mental health and break the cycles of fitness fads & diet culture.
